Q: I've seen something on your website that say's "not in stock" will you be getting it in and when?
A: Our stock is always subject to availability from the wholesalers. We use quite a large number of both Australian and international suppliers and do not get a guaranteed delivery time but we receive stock on a regular weekly basis and update our site immediately! (So, If it's not on our site...then it's not in stock, but keep an eye out!)

Are you open over Easter? TOP

I just received my order and it is damaged. What can I do? TOP

Since using Star Track Express, we have not had one single damaged parcel.  We bubble wrap or use boxes for delicate items.  If something has arrived damaged, contact us and we will replace it immediately!

How long does it take for my order to arrive? TOP

If you place your order prior to 2pm AEST, it will be packed and posted the same day via Star Track Express.  Depending on your location, the general delivery time will be one to four days.  Just bear in mind, occasionally planes are delayed so although this is the Star Track Express guarantee, it is not a Hens and Brides guarantee.  Please allow 2 days.

Please note that we are currently 3 hours behind the Eastern States.  Therefore, if you call at 8.30 in the morning and you live in Melbourne, it is only 5.30am in Perth.  We are happy to answer any questions but the majority are answered in our FAQ pages.  Feel free to send an email (info@hensandbrides.com.au) or text/call on 0417327469.

How much will postage cost? TOP

Some of our products are light in weight although delicate.  Due to this, we often pack within boxes.  Even if you only order a few things, they may need to be sent in an oversize satchel. Delivery costs are automatically calculated on my website and you can view them before you pay.

Today is Wednesday and my Hens Night is Saturday. Will my order arrive in time? TOP

That all depends on your location.  Generally, yes it will but to be sure, order early. You can call or email to discuss delivery. We CANNOT take responsibility if circumstances are out of our control eg plane delays

I live in Perth. Can I collect my order? TOP

Yes. Make sure you click on the "Pick Up" delivery link so you won't be charged for delivery. You can pick up your order from our house, 4 Apsley Road Willetton 6155. Pick up times are between 4.30pm and 6pm Tuesdays to Fridays and Saturdays 10am - 3pm. Call or text Michele on 0417327469 to arrange a more suitable time.

I live in New Zealand, will you post here? TOP

Yes we will.  You can check the international postage option for New Zealand.  If you live in another country, please contact us for a postage estimate prior to ordering.  It is quite reasonably priced.  Please allow at least two weeks for delivery international as we use Australia Post.

How can I find a specific item on your site? TOP

Just click on the "search catalogue" link up the top on the home page.  Enter any keyword you like (such as Lei or garter) and every item in that category will come up.

It's Thursday and I need my order by Friday. Help!!!! TOP

If you live in a capital city, Star Track guarantee your parcel overnight.  Hens and Brides don't.  Unfortunately planes are delayed and the are the occasional problems.  Although they say overnight and most do arrive on time, we won't guarantee it.  Please allow extra time.  If you live in a regional area, you need to allow longer for your parcel to arrive.

I was charged twice for my order???? TOP

When you pay via credit card, just make sure you click on the payments page only once.  If you click twice, you will be charged twice.  If this does happen, just send us an email and we will refund it immediately.  We will generally pick up the error and refund it in any case.

Is it safe to order? TOP

Yes it is very safe!  The credit cards are processed through the secure Eway system.  We do not store or even see your credit card details. We will not store them.  Alternatively you can use the direct bank deposit option or Paypal.  We do not store any of your personal details and you will never receive an email from us unless it is in relation to your order.

Do you have a catalogue? TOP

No we don't.  Our products are always changing depending on supplies and the demands of our customers. We do have over 900 products as well!  If you are looking for something specific, just type in a keyword (like tiara) in the "search catalogue" function at the top of the home page.  Alternatively, just browse through the categories on the left hand side of the page.

What payment do you take for internet orders? TOP

We accept credit cards, paypal and direct bank deposits when paying for your internet order.

If I contact you, how long do I need to wait for a reply? TOP

If you call, a real live person will answer the phone (between business hours WAST) and should be able to answer your question instantly.  If you email, we will either reply straight away or within a very short time.  We pride ourselves on our customer service.  We want you to be happy.

Can I order from my mobile phone? TOP

Yes you can. It is very easy and convenient.

Can I order online and pick up from your house? TOP

Yes, you can! Order online and choose 'Pick Up'. Pick up times are Tuesday - Friday between 4.30pm and 6pm and Saturdays between 10am and 3pm. Please call or text on 0417327469 to arrange a more suitable time.

Am I able to shop at your house? TOP
