We offer the following secure payment options:
BANK DEPOSIT
You may choose to deposit your payment directly in to our bank account. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Our bank account details will be shown at checkout.
NOTE: Payment is expected within 3 days. If your payment has not been received within this time, the order will be cancelled and the stock returned to shelf as we do not have the capacity to hold items longer than this duration.

We accept payment via PayPal balance or you may choose to pay through PayPal, without having a PayPal account, by using your credit card.

We accept payment with your credit card through the secure Eway payment system.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Orders are always sent on the same day payment is received. We DO NOT take 7 days to process your order. It is completed immediately. Expect your order to be delivered as early as the next day depending on your location.
Delivery time is dependent on your location and based on orders being placed by 2pm (AEST).
Days are based on working days (Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends).
Please note that exceptionally large orders may incur an additional delivery fee.
If you live in the Perth area, our warehouse is located at 20B Kembla Way Willetton. We are open Monday to Friday (Wednesday between 10am and 4pm) and Saturdays between 10am and 3pm.
We do our best to ensure super quick deliveries. Star Track Express have a guaranteed delivery time (as stated below and generally 1-4 days) however it will depend on the day you order and your location. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries. Please ensure you order early enough to allow for delayed deliveries.

If you do not want the parcel left, please tell us so that the message can be amended. You will need to make sure that someone is present to accept the delivery otherwise a redelivery charge will apply. If Star Track confirm delivery and you do not receive it, we will not be liable for the theft of the item.
